Pete Wentz denies Ashlee Simpson is pregnant
LOS ANGELES - Rocker Pete Wentz has denied that his fiancee, pop headliner Ashlee Simpson, is pregnant as reported in celebrity magazines years after they announced their troth, according to a narration on MTV.com.Yesterday Us and OK! magazines published stories on their websites claiming Simpson was pregnant. OK! went so far as to say the baby was due in October.Simply Wentz, the bassist for stone band Fall Out Boy, told MTV News show in an electronic mail: "There is a wiccan hunting for people to be pregnant whenever they get engaged in Hollywood ... I mean we're engaged, that's true, and happy around it."In a separate electronic mail, MTV News said it asked Wentz if he was denying the reports of Simpson's pregnancy, and Wentz answered "Yeah."A example for 23-year-old Simpson, the younger baby of actress and isaac M. Singer Jessica Wallis Warfield Windsor, issued a financial statement confirming the engagement and adding "beyond that, thither is zip to append."Ashlee Simpson has been romantically linked to Wentz, 28, since 2006. Last workweek the couple posted a statement at the mixer networking site friendsorenemies.com in which they announced they would be getting married.
In add-on to her career as a vocalizer, Simpson had a role in the US goggle box show Seventh Paradise.
